Any good vegan/vegetarian books??

Vegan Express: its going to be out in mid feb. Vegan baking: that is my fav. i love cakes/breads/cookies, and all those wonderful foods, and the vegan baking allows me to do just that. but the fat content is so much less then regular cakes/breads/cookies etc.., so there less guilt and i truely enjoy it.http://veganworldwidenews.blogspot.com/ has more ideas....Show more
