Hugo Pittari: That depends. If you're directly quoting something, you need to reference it right there like this: "This is the sentence quoted" (AuthorsLastName, pg#). You also need to reference the book on a seperate page after the essay. If it's not a direct quote, just do it on the next page.You can search MLA (Modern Language Association, i believe) on google.
