makeup vs no makeup?

As for if guys notice it, it depends on the guy, some guys like when girls wear makeup, where as others like it when girls have a natural face. Regardless, I think you look MUCH classier and attractive without all that heavy eye makeup. The makeup is too dark and makes you look like a sad girl.
